With excellent exposure to the sun, shade from the building and a view of the marina and river and surroundings that just won't quit, imagine the fun! The patio is well furnished with lounge chairs, bistro tables, and a firepit and it's all yours for quiet moments alone or a good time with friends.

Destination Restaurant

A site overlooking the lanai and marina is reserved for a new first class Portland waterfront restaurant. We are looking forward to making an announcement soon on who will be cooking up excitement on the riverfront.

Club Salpare Bay

The Salpare Bay Clubhouse will be your private center for relaxation and entertaining. A spacious lounge and game room with kitchen, fireplace and large screen television will be a focal point for social activities. The workout center features quality cardio and resistance training equipment. A massage room is also available. Large locker and shower rooms for men and women include saunas and grooming area. The showers serve both the fitness areas and the outdoor pool.

Kayak Rack

If you paddle or row for fun or fitness, keep your scull or kayak on the convenient storage rack at dock's edge. That way it's only minutes from when the urge hits 'til you're on the water.

Private Beach

Across from the Marina is a private sand spit with 200 feet of sandy beach on the shore of the Columbia River. It's the perfect spot for swimming, sunning, kicking back with a good book or enjoying a campfire with friends. (Try doing any of those things downtown!)

Secure Parking

Underground parking with secure access to the building adds to your convenience and comfort. Additional covered parking as well as storage for your recreational, seasonal and outdoor gear is available for purchase.
